Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The flowers are great and the service was perfect, even though I made a typo on the receiver's phone number and had to call in a correction; then I made a second call to change the delivery day. Renick's kept up with all that. I love supporting local businesses!

I loved how the florist arranging my order sent updates and let me know when substitutions were necessary - they got my approval before finalizing the arrangement and that was so wonderful! The delivery was fast and the arrangement was GORGEOUS. Thanks so much!

I live in Dallas, Tx and found the establishment on Google. They were timely and professional. Even sent me a picture of the finished product. My sister loved the flowers. I would recommend Renicks Flowers to anyone in the Kansas City Missouri area. I will definitely using them again!!!!!!!

The florist sent me a photo of the arrangement before they delivered to get my approval. Absolutely gorgeous! Great customer service. Delivered on time. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
