They were out of stock in what I had originally ordered, but I got a quick phone call and easy rectification. They made do with what they had on hand and honestly I thought it was even more lavish than the one I had picked out. It was very beautiful! It still had roses but they added carnations, branches of pine needles and baubles. She loved it!

Wonderful arrangement! I was SO impressed with the service I received here! In all the years of ordering flowers, I have never had the florist contact me before delivering the flowers, with a picture of the arrangement, to make sure they were what I wanted! Not only was the arrangement beautiful, the customer service was top notch! This was the first time I'd used this florist and will definitely not be the last! A+++++++
